This clamp has been tweaked by previous use, probably while removing a stripped bolt at some point.
Photos try to show how the clamp area is off from one side to the other. They do NOT line up. There seems to be some very light red tint in this clamp, most likely from a previous bike frame. Also some light rust staining is visible. See photos.
This clamp would be great for a ratrod bike or daily rider but not for a fancy build up.
